Terminally ill Sunderland fan Bradley Lowery scored a penalty against Asmir Begovic and then posed with the Chelsea team.
Five-year-old Lowery led his beloved Sunderland side out ahead of their clash with the Blues this evening, as the Black Cats gave him and his family a day to remember.
He was also given the opportunity to take a penalty against Chelsea reserve goalkeeper Asmir Begovic, which he dispatched emphatically.

Chelsea may not be his favoured side, but he looks absolutely delighted to be meeting this star-studded bunch.
